For the last couple of months I’ve taken a hiatus from concentrating on just Twitter follower building, & have been putting my efforts into creating an affiliate website from the teachings of Mark Ling’s Affilioblueprint.

The website is now complete enough to start building back-links & although Mark has a lot of suggestions on methods he uses, I must say I was intrigued with the pitch of a product called Web2mayhem and eventually decided I’d subscribe to that & give it my all. I must say I’m impressed with Web2mayhem. Though at first glance it appears a bit overwhelming, once you get into it, there is a definite logic to it all, & it’s very well laid out with each step detailed in “bite sized” pieces.
Along the way I of course followed the blog of it’s creator at John Cow & noticed a contest he was offering where a winner was picked from all those that commented on a blog post, then tweeted about it. Pretty simple (& besides, it’d produce a back-link) and lo and behold I ended up winning the contest.
Sweet. 2 months of Web2mayhem fees paid for, plus (& this is the biggie for me) a one hour Skype session with Jason Katzenback himself. This is to be held next week, so will keep you posted.
