One of the best ways to succeed with muscle building exercises, at least at first, and not over do things. A lot of people, especially those who are just starting to exercise after a long break, get too excited and go overboard and try lifting more weight than their body can handle. You need to work out and train in order to progress and be able to lift more weight. The best method is to work out for two days, rest, and then work out for another two days.

I’ve been that way before, i usually not take a break when I’m working out but for somehow i realized that i am wrong with what i did. Somebody advised me to have a break when doing exercises because it can help you build up your muscle faster.
